Warranty Policy
Triple O Technologies warrants that all Geographic Information System (GIS) consulting, development, and related professional services under this contract will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards.
Unless otherwise specified in a Statement of Work (SOW), services and deliverables are warranted for thirty (30) days following delivery. If a client identifies a deficiency within the warranty period, the client must notify Triple O Technologies in writing with reasonable detail. Upon verification, Triple O Technologies will correct or re-perform the affected portion of the service at no additional cost.
This warranty does not apply to issues resulting from client modifications, third-party systems or data, improper use of deliverables, or changes made outside the agreed project scope.
Except as expressly stated above, no other warranties, express or implied, are provided.
Return and Service Adjustment Policy
GIS consulting, development, and staffing services are professional services and are not eligible for traditional product returns.
If a client believes services were not performed according to the agreed scope, the client must notify Triple O Technologies within ten (10) business days of service delivery. We will review the concern and work with the client to determine appropriate corrective actions, which may include revisions to deliverables, additional support, or reassignment of personnel if applicable.
Because services involve the provision of professional expertise and labor, refunds are generally not provided once services have been rendered. However, service adjustments or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
If services are terminated prior to project completion, the client will be responsible for all work performed up to the termination date.
